Deposits & Payments To secure your seat in the course, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit ensures your enrollment and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. The remaining balance of the course fee is due in person at the start of the first class session. Failure to provide full payment before the first session may result in forfeiture of your seat in the course. Cancellations & Rescheduled Classes In the event that Davidoff Academy needs to cancel or reschedule a class, students will be notified via email as soon as possible. We strive to provide timely updates to minimize any inconvenience. If a class is rescheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate students' availability. However, no refunds will be issued due to scheduling changes. Missed Classes & Attendance Attendance is crucial to gaining the full benefit of the course. While we do not offer refunds or make-up sessions for individual absences, we will provide any materials or notes covered during the missed class to help you stay on track. Course Commitment & Conduct By enrolling in Davidoff Academy, students agree to participate fully and conduct themselves professionally. Disruptive behavior, failure to meet payment obligations, or repeated absences may result in removal from the course without a refund.
